Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade 2008 !!!

It's almost impossible to describe how fun, enjoyable, and exciting the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was. A special thanks to Macy's for making this dream come true. The week long trip was full of excitement as we were taken to the 16th floor of Macy's in NY to meet the executives that made this event happen. See what David, one of our group members had to say.

Every day was full of fun as we visited the Empire State Building, Madame Tussauds Wax museum, Times Square, the Museum of Natural History and more. Watch a short documentary of the trip as the group meets with Macy's executives on the 16th floor of Macy's in New York, then watch the excitement build the morning of the parade, and culminate in the color guard performance on the star at Macy's on 34th street.

• The Apprentice Program - professionals working with persons with developmental disabilities to seek employment opportunities.
• Sparks of Genius Program - a computer based cognitive training program.
• The Micro-Enterprising - an innovate project to encourage participants to develop business skills.
• Television and Editing Program - the production of cable network programming.
